What is Materials Science and Engineering? An interdisciplinary field that addresses the fundamental relationships between the Processing, Structure and Properties of materials and develops them for the desired technological application (Performance).
Module 1: Introduction to Specialization and Course. Module 2 • 5 hours to complete. In this module, we will see a high-level overview of materials science and engineering and learn about materials selection, materials families, types of bonding and processing of materials.
