Complete kit with everything you need to lift your Chevy Astro or GMC Safari 2"-5". This kit comes with two (2) 14mm bolts to eliminate the need to remove fuel tank. Constructed of heavy gauge HSLA steel/SSAB Strenx 110. It can be used to convert 90 to 95 AWD to steel leaf springs, with a 96 to 05 steering shaft.

9 kwi 2018 · A torsion lift (preloading springs) raises the front end by placing load on the torsion bars, using the adjustment bolts (that are actually designed for minor leveling adjustments), forcing the front end up. This reduces flexibly and travel since you are changing the starting point of those bars.
30 gru 2016 · The good news is that you can use the stock coupler out of any rear wheel drive (RWD) GEN2/3 Astro/ Safari as they are about 1" longer. They usually go for under $10 at your local junkyard, or an adapter can be ordered directly from Journey Off Road (JOR) for a reasonable price.
22 sie 2017 · I don't want a kit that requires tearing my van apart to any great extent, or having it out of service for 3 months, but I'm looking for a decent lift, maybe 3 to 5 inches. The rear looks fairly easy from videos I've seen, but some of the lifts look like way more work than I want to do.
