16 lip 2018 · One format I’ve seen is that if you make a ball on the break and then make a ball after the break, you can stop and take whatever money you made. So if it’s at $1000, it’s $100/ball (in 10 ball). That makes it easier to win some money, and makes the decision-making a little more interesting.

When the top pros break 10 ball, like Shane, it's the same thing. The cue ball bounces backwards really far, but then a little bit of topspin causes it to stop rolling backwards and seem to just die. You can see it here:
