BESCOM provides online payment, new connection, tapping connection, name change, tariff change, load reduction and enhancement services for domestic and commercial consumers. You can also track your service request, check your bill status and avail EODB new connection for various purposes.
use the online bill payment service/other services offered through this website i.e.www.bescom.co.in also referred to as the BESCOM Consumers’ Web Self Service (WSS) Portal. Please go through the conditions carefully and if you accept them, you may register and transact on the site.
Online Payment, Account Registration and Service Requests are enabled in this online portal.
13 cze 2023 · Step 1: Open the BESCOM Mithra app in your mobile. Step 2: Log in by entering your mobile number. Step 3: Your Account details will be displayed, verify the details and then click Pay Now. Step 4: Choose the payment method- credit card, debit card, Phone wallet or UP. Step 5: Once the Bescom Bill Payment is done, save or print the payment receipt.
Payment Date: It may take up to 2 working days for the payment to be processed by BESCOM and hence you are requested to make payments minimum 2 working days before the due date. Rejection of Payment: BESCOM will not accept part payments and will reject online payments that are excess and will not adjust the excess against the next bill.
