17 mar 2020 · I have an older Bernzomatic propane torch, which no longer functions like it should. This is model TS8000, their top of the line. When you press the yellow trigger button, it lights up automatically, when you release it, the flame should go off.
6 paź 2005 · Yes, replace your Bernzomatic igniter. I've got a Bernzomatic TS8000 torch which I use fairly frequently in the shop and on the ski hill (our snowmachines and hydrants have a few components which like to ice up, and portable torches are the bees knees for de-icing tips).
If you experience a problem with one of our products, it may be eligible for repair or replacement under our warranty policy. Please submit the following information, and a Bernzomatic technician will contact you.
The wide tip is the Worthington LT60T "Heat Shrink". Graingers was the place to go for the tip. If it is not in stock, I'm sure it will come back, or it may be in transition to inheriting a BernzOmatic product code. The dual branding of Worthington and BernzOmatic is kinda dumb anyway.
Here is a link to one of the U.S’s largest retailers and the first image is the same one you purchased. I would bet it is just an older model that you have as the packaging looks legitimate. https://www.lowes.com/pd/BernzOmatic-TS8000-High-Intensity-Trigger-Start-Handheld-Torch-Head/50126403
