I have a commercial 92X RDO which is very similar to the M9A4 aside from lacking the threaded barrel and such, and it's just as well-made as my traditional Italian and USA-made 92s.

Main reasons to go with the M9A4 is basically the optic mount and short-reset trigger. Aside from that they're more or less the same gun made in two different countries. Personally I like the look of the M9A3 a little more and I'm not a fan of optics on pistols either.
