I have an RTX 3080, and the driver (which I have reinstalled multiple times at this point) works just fine, as normal, in every way except that NVCP will not open. If I look in Task Manager, I can see that the Nvidia Control Panel process very briefly blips up and then disappears again.

18 paź 2018 · I solved it by setting High-performance Nvidia processor in Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D settings >Preferred graphics processor.
Nvidia control panel was installed but would not open. Geforce Experience would run but always said an update was available even after installing it. I finally fixed it by opening my bios and changing a few things.
