Lip Balm Instructions. Melt the beeswax and coconut oil together in a double boiler, or small glass bowl sitting over a small pot of boiling water. Stir together until melted. This will happen pretty quickly for smaller batches. Once melted and integrated, remove pan from heat but keep over the still-hot water to keep the mixture melted.
