You should be able to call your CC company and let them know you’ve tried to cancel directly with the beer company to no avail. They should let you issue a chargeback, and you don’t need to worry about this affecting your bank account.

I filed a complaint with the BBB, and my complaint was closed when the BBB informed me that Ultra Right Beer did not respond to multiple attempts by the BBB to respond to their inquiries. I still have not received my refunds and would definitely recommend NOT doing business with this company.
