Great views, condor spotting, and super fun exploring Bear Gulch caves. The High Peaks portion is definitely a highlight. Lots of poison oak on the lower portions of the trail.
29 gru 2020 · We had to park 2mi from the bear gulch parking area because of the crowd. The hike from that parking area to bear gulch parking was exposed and incredibly hot for the first 30 min. The rest was pleasant and dappled in sun. Filled up water at bear gulch day use area and went to the caves from there. Caves were so fun and cool!! Worth a visit.
