They will not let you speak to a higher up when you call their customer service line. Everything must be done online. They can see your number of logins and what you searched, etc while on the site. They will not look into my case and keep refusing to refund my money.
They upsell you constantly, their app doesn't work for their meal plan blocks and the Shakeology is a total scam. I wish I hadn't bought the membership and will definitely not be renewing. Worst company to deal with.

11 kwi 2023 · You can be logged into Beachbody on Demand on an unlimited number of devices, but just a warning, Beachbody might shut you down if you’re abusing the service and sharing with all of your friends. Plus, you won’t be able to properly track which workouts you’ve completed if a bunch of other people are logging in and watching the videos.

The app is a lot like BOD in that you stream it from a device (phone, iPad, Firestick, etc). It gives you access to almost all of their workouts both live and on demand- cycling, strength, yoga, hiit, boot camps, etc.
