BCNatal is the center that cares for more extremely premature infants each year in Catalonia. Each year, the Neonatology Department at BCNatal attends around 150 premature infants under 32 weeks of gestation and around 80 premature infants under 28 weeks (weighing less than 1,000 grams at birth).
