If you don’t have access to the email address or mobile phone number associated with your Facebook account — maybe because you were hacked and your password was changed, or you lost or forgot them — try these steps to recover your account:

If you're having trouble logging into your account, learn how to get login and password help. You can also learn how to reset your password if you’ve forgotten it. If you know your current password, you can change it from your Settings. Your password should be easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
Go to the profile of the account that you'd like to recover. Click below the cover photo. Select Find support or report. Choose Something else, then click Next. Click Recover this account and follow the steps.
Log in to Facebook and follow the instructions to confirm your identity. If you can't remember your Facebook password, you can request a new password.
Click Forgotten password? at the bottom of the login screen. Enter the email address, mobile phone number, full name or username associated with your account, then click Search. Follow the prompts. Learn what to do if you don't have access to the email address on your account.
