6 sie 2010 · You'll need a travel converter to step down from 220v to 110v. Google it and you'll find one for less than $25. Actually you don't need a converter, the MH-18a is rated for 100-240v and 50-60Hz and is plainly printed as such on the bottom of the charger.
4 lis 2008 · That would constantly wake the camera up. USB charging is not the best solution. For starters the charging control circuitry would have to be included in the camera. Also, USB is such a low voltage and amperage that it would take forever to get a noticable difference in such a large battery.
I am very happy with my D90 purchase of a few months ago. One small complaint though is the MH-18a battery charger is HUGE (including the cord) compared to the small (cordless) Canon battery charger I used to have with my Digital Rebel.
