We chose Costco because of its reputation for quality and reliability, and we were impressed with the sales presentation. We were assured that any minor repairs, including issues with the subfloor, would be covered within the scope of the project.
Didn't buy from Costco, but had the Saluspa brand. They worked as advertised. Fun for the family. Our problem; we didn't want to keep it out all year. After draining the tub, there was a fair amount of water that seeped into the inflatable part of the tub, which we could never get to dry.
I have the very same question. Found nothing but 5 stars reviews and even copies of the same reviews on the BBB site. Most of the reviews done by people with one or two reviews done , I do review not on regular basis only with the service/product is extremely good or the opposite.
