Keeping the walker laying down flat, open the walker frame. To do so, pull out the Safety Latch (O) at the center of the black Folding Bracket (E), located at the side of the frame. Insert Front Wheel (N) into frame until both Push Buttons click into place. Insert E-Clip into hole in frame just below Push Buttons and snap closed.
