Definitely one with a seat. It's much more useful for sitting while doing dishes (IF I have the energy), waiting in lines at doctor's offices, waiting in line at pharmacies, etc. I get weak so sitting down when I need to is invaluable. Just having a four wheel walker is good for balance, but one with a seat is awesome.
