3 cze 2012 · I remember seeing a factory list of Model 10 serial numbers by date of manufacture. Does anyone know how to access this chart? I am particularly looking for an approximate date of manufacture for a Model 10, serial number 114,105.
16 lut 2019 · I would check the serial numbers with Savage on both rifles. They can tell you what configuration the rifles were in when they were manufactured and the date of manufacture. However, I would add that my old 10 FP with the new barrel (upgraded by Savage) shoots slightly more accurately than my newer 10 FCP-K.
Your serial number range is 1973- 1974. The 2 inch model 10 was made in a square grip and a round grip. The round grip is best for carry, but the square grip fits my hand better for shooting. Good luck with your purchase and post a picture if you buy it. Randy
