He is located in a small isolated room on the west side of the bottom floor of Dorgesh-Kaan. To get to Barlak, run south of the bank until you can turn west, then run north through the hallway.

Mobile/main client tip - item despawn timers (where applicable) can give you boss respawn time info secondhand. This is more useful at GWD than anywhere else, but if you have the bone/ash despawn timers for the bosses, you know the bosses will respawn when there's exactly 30s until item despawn.

Players can allow potions and food items to form a supply pile on death by enabling the corresponding option in the Settings panel, which will cause these items to persist across worlds and suspend their despawn timer on logout as though they were untradeable.
