How should I study for the MPRE? The BARBRI MPRE Review provides 12 substantive modules, four practice exams, the MPRE Maximizer (“cram packet”) and optional extra practice questions for the most comprehensive prep. Substantive modules. The substantive modules are generally between 60 to 90 minutes.
Get a full set of engaging and absorbable lecture videos, practice questions, and course materials. Use them interchangeably while studying rules of professional responsibility, code of judicial conduct, and law of lawyering. We recommend at least 20 hours of study for the MPRE.
I highly recommend Barbri’s free MPRE Course. If you watch all the lectures, read the outlines, complete the review questions, and complete all 4 of the practice tests, you will pass with a good score!
I consider myself a relatively mid student, so I really went in on studying for the MPRE. I did the FULL barbri course; I did all the videos, outlines, learning questions, practice exams, and additional practice questions (and read some sections of the outlines multiple times, even). I studied over the span of 11 days.
Barbri and Themis offer free courses. I was working full time the summer I took the MPRE. I stopped working about a week and a half before the exam and did Barbri’s course every day like a full-time job.
