It's design language speaks to me, the grind quality is excellent, but the biggest thing is that Eureka has the best espresso adjustment mechanism in the business, and in my opinion it's far superior to the macro/micro adjustment that the vario offers.

Vario is great for espresso. If you get one, go for the ceramic burrs. That's better than the steel burrs for espresso. I'd trust the known quantity that is the vario as opposed to the unknown that is the sette.
