There just aren't enough 4* characters to fill out the pool right now. If you look at other games with larger pools, you don't see new characters repeated so quickly. It is happening purely because of the size of the 4* pool.

I have around 95 wishes saved and I have pretty good artifacts on my Kaeya for Ayaka (I just need a cryo dmg bonus mainstat goblet). My ideal team is Ayaka, Kokomi, Kazuha, Diona. Right now, my team is Yanfei, Kaeya, Kazuha, and Diona.
Most likely the first banner for Liyue will consist of Keqing, Qiqi, Ganyu, Hu Tao, Yelan and Xiao Xiao had a banner recently, but the moment the banner goes live there are still months between them and Baizhu/Xianyun same as Shenhe didn't have three limited banners yet.
4 dni temu · Hu Tao and Nahida's rerun are the current banners in Phase 2 of Version 5.1, and runs from October 29, 2024 to November 19, 2024. Hu Tao and Nahida's BiS weapons, Staff of Homa and A Thousand Floating Dreams respectively, are also on rate-up in Phase 2 of the Weapon Banner.
