Bankruptcy Noticing. A notice of bankruptcy case and court-issued notices are sent to the creditors of the individual, corporation, or other entity that has filed for bankruptcy protection. Entities can use the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) to have notices delivered either:
In addition, in compliance with Bankruptcy Rule 9036, recipients must request electronic noticing services in writing. To accomplish this, interested users sign a noticing agreement with the court to ensure understanding of the EBN process and roles of the parties.
Bankruptcy Rule 9036, which authorizes electronic noticing, requires the recipient to request electronic noticing services in writing. The noticing agreement satisfies the rule and describes the electronic noticing process and roles of the parties so that there are no misunderstandings.

You must complete, sign and file an updated Debtor’s Electronic Noticing Request form, requesting deactivation or reactivation of your account. After the clerk’s office processes this request, you will receive an email from BNC advising that your DeBN account has been deactivated or reactivated.
