Discussion & Info. For some reason, it keeps saying invalid credentials, so it seems that I am entering the incorrect password, well trying to reset my password I get no email, even if I look at spam folder, or all email folder.
I had to deal with this when the conversion first happened, for me it was a small error in my Email. Try contacting Namco Bandai's support team, they should be able to help.
