I got banned on my account, but I was logged into the same account on different devices, and when I changed accounts it worked, but on the Roblox player it shows a screen which I can't click, so I know I can't be hardware banned. so, what is the reason for the player to be frozen?

Enabling Account Restrictions will lock an account's Contact Settings so that no other user can send messages nor chat in-app or in-experience. None of these Contact Settings can be individually adjusted when Account Restrictions are turned on.
13 wrz 2024 · To get unbanned from Roblox, you'll need to submit an appeal within 30 days at https://www.roblox.com/support. Make sure to include your account username and a reason for the account appeal. Keep in mind you can't appeal your account for the same incident twice.
