As title says, my account got banned for no reason at all. I haven't used any third-party software, nor cheated, but they banned me up to 2035 for that. I play on both PC and Android, and I get that perhaps another software or process could be interfering.
If they want to avoid the massive reroll at the launch date they could just let the people a free 5* at the beggining (getting still so much people rerolling to get that desired 5* but a lot less than now) or even grant an option to delete your game data!
