Introduction The current Manual describes the rules and requirements of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme for projects under Priorities: 1. Innovative societies, 2. Water-smart societies, 3. Climate-neutral societies and 4. Cooperation governance.
Programme objective 1.1: Resilient economies and communities. Building sustainable, fair, innovative and resilient economies and communities across the Baltic Sea region.
The programme provides EU funding to support smart ideas that benefit the Baltic Sea region. It encourages cross-border cooperation, harmonises systems, and promotes sustainable solutions to improve the quality of life around the Baltic Sea.
The Baltic Sea Region Programme supports projects concerning the following four priorities: Innovative societies. Resilient economies and communities. Responsive public services. Water-smart societies. Sustainable waters. Blue economy. Climate-neutral societies. Circular Economy. Energy transition. Smart green mobility. Cooperation governance.
