It's a subreddit for everything that is crappily made in MS paint. Posting your own drawings and others is fine, as long as it is MS paint. MS paint = Microsoft paint, a programme that is preinstalled onto most windows operating systems that lets you draw what ever you want using mediocre tools.

Post those dumb things where you copy paste regular pictures into ms paint and make them look shitty in r/allthingsmspaint and not here unless its like really good. Most of the time this is a safe place where organic hand drawn shitty paints can exist peacefully among their own.
