29 gru 2021 · Field of View - Increasing FOV, decreases FPS. More FOV means more things on your screen, meaning more things for this engine to render. I personally go with 85 opposed to default 70. Particles (IMaxDesired) - Set it to 600. That helps FPS remain stable in large gunfights.

The two settings I have bolded, Shadow Distance and Godrays Quality, are absolute FPS killers for most machines. I highly recommend turning these down to Medium and Low respectively. You will notice a slight difference in image quality as far as shadows go, but it was well worth the ~15 frames I reclaimed.
