26 lis 2010 · Check the oil to see if theres diesel fuel in it. Generally the injector bodies crack and leak fuel in the crankcase causing the loss of prime and no start. Sounds to me you and your buddy can more than handle changing injectors.

1 cze 2018 · WIF sensors are prone to cracking and leaking. I'd rebuild your filter head and install an adapter to use either the cat or Donaldson filter. I change airdog filters every oil change and my top Donaldson every other oil change. No way I would bypass the oem filter head. More filters = more better.
3 maj 2015 · Stand for Fuel Injector Control Module. This rarely failing on the LLY Duramax - always do the Ice Pick procedure before replacing the FICM. Loosing fuel prime is often associated with an air leak at the fuel filter housing. A filter rebuild can often cure this issue.
