Don't tip a percentage on jackpots. Just tip a fixed reasonable small amount. Just like we tip a standard small amount on pots of a buck or so regardless of stakes. When you look at a 5-10 table we aren't sitting there tipping red birds every hand we specifically have a stack of singles for tipping.
