Larry has the largest herd of bactrian and dromedary camels on the east coast and has raised many rare sought after white camels. In addition to owning and operating Ferncroft Farms for over 35 years, Larry has owned and operated the Triangle Metro Zoo(Raleigh, NC), with a collection of over 400 animals.

30 maj 2023 · 2 male baby camels - $14,000 – (DOB – 4/12/2023 & 4/21/2023) Both are white male Bactrian camels. They are currently still with their mothers, but with notice could be put on the bottle. They both have very nice humps and straight legs.
There are two species of Camels, the Dromedary (single hump) and the Bactrian (double hump). Bactrian camels are rugged cold-climate animals while Dromedaries are desert dwellers. Both are native to the dry desert areas of Asia and northern Africa.
