Back up your captures on your Xbox console. Back up by uploading to OneDrive. To bulk delete, move, or manage where you store your game clips or screenshots on your Xbox console, launch the Captures app: Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Go to My games & apps > See all > Apps > Captures.
Capture game clips and screenshots externally. To do this, connect a storage device and change your capture location. Plug an external storage device (USB 3.0, NTFS-formatted) into your Xbox. Note that storage formatted for Xbox games won't work for captures.

You then just plug that into your new Xbox One X, start it up and follow the online screen prompts and it will be set up exactly as your current Xbox is.
