In the Backrooms lore, Level -3999 is often described as the "Center" or "Core" of the Backrooms, a place where the very fabric of reality is distorted. It's said to be a room filled with an infinite, swirling vortex of colors, sounds, and smells, which can drive individuals to the brink of madness.
Level 3999 resembles an empty, abandoned and modern arcade. The majority of the Level is filled with neon lights and arcade machines lining the walls. The main structure consists of the Entrance, the Abandoned Arcade Hall, and the Mini Arcade. Once you first spawn in, you will spawn in the Entry.
