2 kwi 2020 · In order to comply with new requirements from the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), USA Hockey will be implementing a national level background screening program. This program will replace all USAH Affiliate coordinated background screen programs.
Upon completing your NCSI screen, you will receive a separate email from NCSI with additional requests for documents required to be uploaded with your NCSI background screen by state law, prior to receiving a screening determination. This includes: Child Abuse History Clearance; State Police Criminal Background Check; FBI Criminal Background Check
Q: How do I check the status of my background screening? A: You can check the status of your background screening by going to w ww.ncsisafe.com and clicking on “Status Check.” NCSI does not provide verbal status of background screenings to registrants.
22 sie 2024 · If you have recently submitted a background check for USA Hockey, you can check its status by logging into your account on the USA Hockey website. Look for the “Background Screenings” tab, and you should see the current status of your background check listed there.

Check with your local Registrar or Coaching Director to find out how to proceed with background check. SafeSport Training and Refresher Training are each valid for one (1) season beginning on 4/1/20. SafeSport is a mandatory yearly training, every year you will need to complete a Refresher course.
