30 lip 2009 · Looking at the 2007 electrical diagram page 51, it would seem that it would be the B38 Noise Filter (Ignition LH). There is also a B50 Noise Filter (Ignition RH) on the Bank 1 (aft bank) side of the engine. And yes, it shows as a capacitor on page 84 of the wiring diagrams.
2 sie 2017 · I got the code pulled at the parts shop, and it comes out as a "P0012, camshaft position "A" timing over retarded bank 1". Their software states that it's most likely the Oil Control Valve that needs to be replaced.
10 cze 2015 · I hunted around and decided to replace the Bank 1 Exhaust Cam OCV (oil control valve). p/n 15330-0P020 ($135 at my local Toyota dealer, in stock) This is the hardest OCV to get to on the 2GR-FE engine.
20 sie 2022 · The ECM sends a target duty-cycle control signal to the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly. This control signal regulates the oil pressure supplied to the VVT controller. The VVT controller can advance or retard the exhaust camshaft.

8 cze 2018 · After Googling around a bit I see from TSB 0105-11 that the Toyota guys recommend replacing the bank 1 exhaust cam timing oil control valve. Bank 1 -- against the firewall -- under the air surge tank.
