just finished watching last Ep of Babylon. Discussion. I want to ask many questions. Wtf is that ending and there is a lot of things need to be explained. Like how Ai got her powers and what she whispered in ppl ears and what happened next.
The big difference in the ending was Alex committed suicide, and in the Zen vs Magase scene, there wasn't a gun shot, and Magase merely says "Aren't you hiding something in your jacket?", hinting at his family photo, which is the end.
About the Babylon ending. Discussion. So I know they were going for something like Evangelion with the subversion of expectations but it didn’t really work for me. Final Chapter. The suspense story centers around Zen Seizaki, a prosecutor with the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors' Office. While investigating illegal acts by a certain pharmaceutical company, Seizaki stumbles across a conspiracy over an election for an autonomous "new zone" established in western Tokyo.
At the end of the Babylon manga, protagonist Zen Seizaki discovers the truth behind the conspiracy that involves Japanese politics and decides to sacrifice himself to expose corruption and save society. He becomes a martyr and is remembered as a hero who fought for justice.
