just finished watching last Ep of Babylon. Discussion. I want to ask many questions. Wtf is that ending and there is a lot of things need to be explained. Like how Ai got her powers and what she whispered in ppl ears and what happened next.
The big difference in the ending was Alex committed suicide, and in the Zen vs Magase scene, there wasn't a gun shot, and Magase merely says "Aren't you hiding something in your jacket?", hinting at his family photo, which is the end.
Someone just mentioned in the last Topic that the show was heading towards an anime-exclusive ending, is that true? I sure hope that's the case. Make sure to watch after the credits...
Final Chapter. The suspense story centers around Zen Seizaki, a prosecutor with the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors' Office. While investigating illegal acts by a certain pharmaceutical company, Seizaki stumbles across a conspiracy over an election for an autonomous "new zone" established in western Tokyo.

About the Babylon ending. Discussion. So I know they were going for something like Evangelion with the subversion of expectations but it didn’t really work for me. It really felt like a different show when the main guy went to America, and I was way more interested in him than the president. I feel like he got shafted.
Good to know that between this and Kado, I can safely ignore any future series from this author. I'm more frustrated with myself than with this ending, because I got tricked the same exact way...
