22 sty 2016 · Hi, just wondering if anyone is having any problems with their maxicosi pebble/isofix base (I have the one with the green lights). My problem is that when I put the seat into the isofix it doesn't lock on all 4 of the attachments underneath. I have to fiddle around with it for ages until it works.
Keep a child harnessed for longer. It’s easier to buckle and unbuckle a child in a 5 point harness than in a booster. When space is tight or if it’s hard to access the seat belt buckle because it’s flush with the vehicle seat, keeping a child in a 5-point harness may be a good solution.
15 wrz 2020 · Nine times out of ten, a stuck car seat means that seat never fully connected with the base the last time it was placed inside. This probably means one side of the locking mechanism clicked but not the other. To put it simply, your job is to get the seat and base to connect.
3 maj 2024 · If you’re using the lap belt to install your seat, be sure to check that the belt locks properly, and use a locking clip if necessary; some car seats have other locking mechanisms, too. (Hutka points out that either the UAS or the seat belt should be used, not both.)
