Azdaja [æʒˈdaɪ.ə] is a dragon in Final Fantasy XIV, one of the first brood. Her whereabouts are the focus of the post-Endwalker main scenario quests. Azdaja is a great wyrm born from one of the seven eggs of Midgardsormr.

Alas, just when it seems the great wyrm's liberation is in sight, you are forced to watch as she is twisted into a being of Darkness by her captor Golbez.
Assuming they function as intended, all is now in readiness for your quest to find Azdaja, his sister, in the Thirteenth. Thus do you set off to join your comrades at the Great Work. You take stock of the items needed for your journey, and, by way of a surprise, Varshahn is presented with a new vessel better suited for the dangers ahead.
Why Must We Search For Azdaja? In Search of Azdaja is an important quest because it unlocks The Fell Court of Troia dungeon. While you don’t have to complete the post-Endwalker MSQ to enjoy FFXIV, I find it helpful to be caught up. Then, you can do the new content that is released.
