Always something wrong. I recently had a frustrating experience with Axxess that I feel compelled to share. I app**** for a new line, but they mistakenly put it on the wrong profile. Now, I’m being told I have to reapply, despite the fact that this was their error.
Axxess have literally taken food off our table by refusing to assist us with getting our emails up and running after shutting down our website. We are 2 women pensioners who rely on our emails for our small business.
