Setup your unique PIN (Personal Identification Number). Once you have completed this process you can log in and use the mobile Axxess App.
To utilize Axxess CARE, a clinician must sign up using an active Axxess account. Enter the email that was provided to the organization and the established password while logging into the desktop version of Axxess Home Health.
