Elon claims you can drive a Model 3 for 300k-500k miles. Whether or not that’s realistic I don’t know, but there are plenty of examples at this point of people putting over 100k miles and them and they seem to be doing great. This is helpful.

Which means I get around 162.75mi of real range (0.75*217mi). To my surprise, less range can be driven. -Battery total full load when charged 45.4Kwh.
