The TV is a 2017/2018 model UN65MU8000F. I searched this community but could not find a definitive answer for my model. Thanks,
8 lut 2020 · The engineer pulled up a screen on my tv and showed me three lines of numbers which were power issues and problems with the tv. The engineer ordered me a new invisible cable and a circuit board replacement for my one connect box, which hopefully he will fit this week after ordering the parts. 1 Kudo. Reply.
16 cze 2020 · I have a UE55KS7000 model, and my One Connect Box has gone missing. If I can find another box that is compatible with my model, will it work if I just plug it into my tv? Or is there anything else that would have to be done?
28 lip 2022 · I have two Samsung TVs with the One Connect box. On one of the boxes the HDMI ports stopped working. I can swap the good box to both tvs and it works. Vice Versa i can swap the bad box and it wont work on either tv.

15 paź 2019 · I assume for some silly reason, I must have a failed One Connect Box (BN96-44183A). When this box has failed twice in the past I have always been able to use my remote to connect via SMART TV functions to alternative APPs to watch TV while a new One Connect Box was being delivered.
