4 gru 2020 · Suspected phishing/scam. I got an email from someone saying they are from Autodesk and they accused us of violating our licensing agreement. I am trying to see if anyone knows the official process from Autodesk to contact someone suspected of overusing AutoCAD licenses.
We have confirmed that the email sender is a legit Autodesk employee. The big issue is how much detailed info the sender had about our network and usage. We are in the process of following up on the whole deal and definitely won't be paying anyone any money.
