Hey, thanks for the great review. The detailed specs seem to say that when high (450) or medium (260) selected the flashlight automatically drops down to 130/90 lumens after 100 seconds. Wondering if this has been your experience?
Crapy connections are always going to be an issue as far as I can tell. Even USB C has it's problems, and eventually we will have a newer more durable USB connector/port. That's my guess.
It’s nice to have such a small flashlight producing 450 lumens, but it is only for a short period of time. It drops to roughly 75 lumens in a matter of seconds. The runtime graphs are not bad and all modes can last longer than 1 hour.
Great review. It's probably to nobody's surprise that I absolutely adore Rovyvon's keychain lights. They have a good UI, a good range of outputs, and outperform anything else in the size class.
30 sty 2023 · RovyVon A28 (G2) EDC Keychain Flashlight Review. RovyVon has updated the Aurora A28 keychain flashlight to a gen 2 version. This one has dual switches, USB-C charging, and a bigger battery!
RovyVon is a well established brand in the flashlight world by now and has fairly good customer service. While I have had no issues, others who have had failures in the lights have been able to reach out to them via their website and they are usually quite good about getting you helped out.
