11 wrz 2023 · When I try a control the volume with the Samsung remote, a pop up appears confirming the receiver is set to optical, but volume control does not work. Unfortunately, when I called Samsung tech support, it took more than 90 minutes for them to tell me that the remote will not control optical sound.

21 gru 2021 · When I use the remote functionality on the SmartThings app, the voice recognition virtual button works fine, so I know the TV is able to do the command...but for whatever reason my Smart Remote does not send this same command when the button is pushed. What can I do to fix this?

18 mar 2020 · If I connect them through optical (toslink), I can't control the volume with Samsung's One remote. When I press volume up or down, the tv shows on screen the word "optical" and nothing happens. Is there a way to control the volume?
