I try to update it via the internet and I have every program which uses the interface disabled. I've email Audient and I've yet to get a response. Does anyone on this Sub Reddit have the actual file for the latest firmware so I can try to install it locally?
On macOS, EVO 4 will work straight away without needing to install any drivers. However, we do recommend installing the EVO application which gives you control over Audio Loop-back and lets you update your firmware.
