   I am using Windows 10 and i have downloaded the drivers from the audient's website for Evo4. The audio interface itself does detect audio input from the mic and there is also audio output on the headphones.

   Have you tried updating your drivers / firmware for the Evo? Also in the sound settings panel make sure both your inputs and outputs are at the same sample rate
