23 mar 2020 · The RS5 is somewhat faster than the tuned B8.5, but I worry less because the components seem more appropriate for the power level - brakes, suspension, cooling, etc. For example, the DSG in the S4 was rated at 400 ft lbs of torque and my tune generated about that same amount.
9 mar 2024 · You wanna research the rocker arm issue with the early RS5s. Depending on the production date, the car you are looking at may have the old rocker arms that are known to fail. I have a 2019 RS5 SB, build date October 2018, still stock without any mods. I have put on nearly 57,000 miles in 61 months.
I've been searching for a bit and found out about the RS5. From what I'm seeing and reading it seems like it should be quite the reliable car, without any major issues, but I was wondering if anyone here had some experience with them and could give me any sort of heads up.

14 lis 2022 · Had my '21 for almost two years now and it's been excellent. Nothing major to speak of. AudiCare is also great as added piece of mind. The only issue, of course, is the tires. Like any heavy, high-performance car running on rubber bands, expect a lot of flats, patches, and replacements.
